Demo Ts & Cs
Finding an edge in any sport is never easy, so when you do you want to hold onto that advantage for as long as possible. To retain ownership of our intellectual property we formulated some terms and conditions and a confidentiality agreement.
The demonstration has been constructed so there is no ambiguity in improvements the driver experiences or the data. The terms and conditions and the attached confidetiality agreement have been produced to protect the data and demonstration procedures.
- Any driver participating in the demonstration must complete a confidetiality agreement. Link to agreement.
- Any driver taking part in a demonstration must have a current racing licence and be competing in a recognised karting or racing championship.
- Any independent witness not affiliated with a competing organisation may analyse the demo data, subject to that person completing a confidentiality agreement.
